Understand the business. Hear the people. Build the system. Make it work.
That sequence has shaped the way I have approached employee relations, HR technology, policy, training, benefits and organisational growth across my roles.
I work at the intersection of people, business and systems, building practical HR structures that can scale with the organisation.
That sequence has shaped the way I have approached employee relations, HR technology, policy, training, benefits and organisational growth across my roles.
Real business problems. Practical HR interventions. Results that matter.
My HRMS experience developed across different organisations, different maturity levels and different business problems.
At Insights Success, key HR processes were still heavily manual while the organisation was growing. I identified GreyTHR and implemented it across Payroll, Leave and Attendance to create a more structured HR foundation as the workforce expanded.
Manual HR processes needed more consistency and structure.
Identified and implemented GreyTHR across Payroll, Leave and Attendance.
Core HR processes moved into a more structured system environment during organisational growth.
At HGS, I supported the Whatmate rollout for a single 400 employee Fiserv account in Maharashtra while continuing day to day HRBP responsibilities. My scope later expanded to Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, adding experience of HR technology in a distributed, multi state environment.
A large employee population needed HR technology support while business operations continued.
Maharashtra rollout delivered alongside day to day HRBP responsibilities for a single 400 employee Fiserv account.
Implementation has to coexist with live HR operations. The system cannot become an excuse for service disruption.
At Flexisales, Spine was part of the HRMS journey before Keka. That experience helped clarify what the organisation needed from the next platform. The decision to move was not about changing software for the sake of change. It was about finding a system that could support a broader and more connected HR operating model.
Spine was already in use, but the organisation's requirements had evolved.
The next HRMS needed stronger alignment with the wider employee lifecycle and operating model.
Experience with the existing system made the next vendor evaluation more informed and practical.
The move to Keka became the most comprehensive HRMS implementation I have worked on so far. I recommended the platform, built the business case with leadership, compared four vendors, negotiated commercials down by about 30 percent and led the eight month journey from the first demo through configuration, testing, documentation, employee demos, training and organisation wide rollout.
Four vendors were compared before Keka was selected.
Keka commercials were negotiated down by 30 percent while retaining the required scope.
Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Assets, Employee Self Service and Employee Experience.
For the business. For managers. For employees. The work I value most is practical, scalable and visible in day to day operations.
Supporting an organisation wide workforce of about 400 employees and partnering with business leaders across employee relations, performance, grievances and HR processes.
Handled HRBP responsibilities for a single 400 employee Fiserv account in Maharashtra, with additional support across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Built foundational HR practices and supported the organisation's Digital Marketing School.
Built policies and documentation, implemented GreyTHR and ran one on one and skip level employee meetings as the night shift workforce grew from about 15 to 95.
Short, practical notes on HR, work, business and the systems behind better workplaces.
